After losing his big sister, Rachel, to suicide in 2018, Aaron has been on a journey to learn everything he possibly can about mental health. In combination with his extensive athletic career, he has synthesized the best practices for developing a high-performance toolkit that allows people to unlock their true potential.

Aaron’s massive transformative purpose is to end mental suffering. Through speaking, podcasting and coaching Aaron is living that purpose. As a former D1 baseball player and professional wrestler, Aaron understands the power of effort, dedication and relationships.
